Payout Setup

Before receiving payouts, your Ticket Buyback partner account must have a Payout Method configured. This is a one-time setup that determines how TBB pays you out.

Users can still create quotes and orders without a payout method, but payouts will not be processed until one is configured.

Step 1 — Log in to Your TBB Account​

Go to ticketbuyback.com/app/settings and log in with your account credentials.

Step 2 — Navigate to Payout Methods​

From the dashboard, go to:

Settings → Payout Methods

Step 3 — Add a Bank Account​

  1. Click Add Bank Account
  2. Follow the steps to connect your bank account
  3. Enter your bank details
  4. Routable will redirect you back to your settings page

Verify Configuration​

Once your bank account is connected, return to your settings page and you will see it listed under Payout Methods.

If you receive any error after completing setup, contact support@ticketbuyback.com with your partner_id.
