Payment Method

For certain sales, we require a credit card on file as a fraud prevention measure. This requirement falls in line with industry standards (Ticketmaster, Stubhub, Vivid Seats). We will never charge the card unless there is an issue with the order.

Step 1 — Log in to Your TBB Account​

Go to ticketbuyback.com/app/settings and log in with your account credentials.

Step 2 — Navigate to Credit Card Settings​

From the dashboard, go to:

Settings → Credit Card

Step 3 — Add Your Card​

  1. Click Add Card
  2. Follow the steps to add your card
  3. Enter your card information
  4. Stripe will redirect you back to your settings page

Verify Configuration​

Once your card is added, return to your settings page and you will see it listed under Credit Card.

If you receive any error after completing setup, contact support@ticketbuyback.com with your partner_id.
